Hi,
We are using Paypal Website Payment Pro with magento 1.9. We had this problem happening a few times:
- A customer tries to place an order on our website. Then it loads for a long time and it finally goes back to the cart.
- The payment for this order is received on our Paypal account and we can see an order number on the Paypal payment page.
- The order isn't showing on our Magento backend. The order number showing on Paypal is simply non-existent in Magento. The order confirmation email isn't sent.
- When the same customer tries to place another order using Paypal as payment, all orders are declined with error message "There was an error processing your order. Please contact us or try again later"
We have tried to change our Paypal settings to allow multiple payments per invoice ID, but it isn't working.
