For those of you who received the email on this topic, I'm confused as to where the DNS host names or IP addresses referred to in the email are to be implemented. I would presume it's wherever the hosted site is that implements PayFlow right? We use Bluehost. Does anyone use that and can you tell me where this is found in their UI?
Also, is there someone out there that thinks this is optional and is experiencing no issues? We have a very low volume of sales so seems like a big hassle for so little return.
Thanks, Major Mike

Thank you for your question. The Firewall Updates are only needed if your Web Developer/Site Administrator added IP Addresses to your Firewall Settings. If you do not have IP Address blocks or your Web Developer/Site Administrator is using DNS (Domain Name Service), you will not need to make any updates to your Firewall Settings.
Below is a link to the listing of current Payflow IP Addresses:
Thanks,
Jennifer
