paypal suddenly limited my account. had given instructions to be able to use my paypal again, followed them thoroughly except this one procedure, that is to confirm my card. everytime I click on it, it says card is invalid. . i tried removing the card, but it says paypal cant process it this time. i encountered this problem for almost a a month now. paypal is very unhelpful. it only send automated reply, same instructions given. i think the problem is technical. then i just got an email that i can no longer use my paypal. any attempt to make another new account using the same card will be invalid. is that fair? why just close my account forever but leave me a choice to open a new account. im doing business here. it is so frustrating! i need a human help from Paypal coz im not a robot definitely!
