hi there.

i am trying to link my bank account to withdraw funds but it says my bank account has already been linked to another account.

can anyone help me solve this issue

If you have it linked to another paypal account then you need to remove it from that one first then you can use it on the other one.

But remember you are only allowed 2 paypal accounts IF one is personal / premier and the other is business.

If you have 2 of the same type you risk them being limited.

Hi, what if I can't remember any account that was being linked. Is there any way around this? For example, can I call them and ask them to unlink the bank acc from the supposedly other account I might have made and forgotten about it?

Could it have been a partner / spouse that linked it to their paypal account?

Yes you can of course phone customer services >>

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
