Hi, I'm new here on Paypal, 4 months to be exact, and I would just like to ask anyone out there if they have encountered the same problem as I have during their first few months in Paypal. I currently received money that was coursed through Paypal, and I discovered that it has been labelled with a "WITHHELD" status. I'm thinking of two possible reasons:
---I've read that unless you have been a Paypal member for a specific amount of time, big amounts of money are to be withheld by the site.
---Is it possible that the sender "withheld" the cash for security purposes?
I hope someone here can help me. I placed the status of the "order" under "processed" as one blogpost with the same concern suggested. But it takes 7-14 days before cash is withheld, so I'm just making sure I'm on the right path. But if not, then maybe someone else has an answer for my problem. Thanks! 🙂
