Withdrawn Money to Local Bank

I have withdraw my money 2-4 days I have been waiting 3 days but I return check my paypal, 
then written COMPELETED. But why when I check in my bank, 
I do not accept submissions from anyone?
 Is it because of this "so you should see the money in your bank account by May 12, 2017." ?

The status on PayPal App is actually success, although i have not received the money to my account yet. How long is actually the process takes time?
