Due to the last account lockout issue which i have encountered. Everytime i try to signup for netflix it now gives me the error "The payment system is unavailable right now. Please try again later.". When i have done a chat with one of the netflix representatives they have informed me to check if my account is fully active.

I contacted netlix customer service and they solved the problem very fast, i waited about 3 minutes for contact. Kudos netflix customer service !
