Hi, I am trying to accept a payment that was sent to me but when I hit submit I get a message saying "Sorry — your last action could not be completed". What do I need to do? Can somebody help? Thanks.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
