I was looking for someone to encash my Paypal funds to GCash since I cannot connect my own to my GCash. I asked someone who has been doing the transaction to do it in my part. Unfiortunately while I was transacting with her, Paypal crashed down. So I asked her if she could log in my details to her laptop and do the transaction. What she did is change my account details to her and now I cannot access anymore my paypal account and my money was stolen by her. Could someone help me?
