Paypal account limited - Unable to add / modify bank account.

I have recently upgraded to business account but my PayPal account is still limited as I am not able to add / remove the bank account. Please do let me know if you need any other further information to proceed. Reference number: PP-005-971-737-833

Well ''we'' don't need anything, you need to contact customer services.
