Paypal Balanca in US currency/ Unable to widraw Funds

Hi Guys,

I have been using paypal for 6 mos now but it is the first time that i received payments still in US currency, it shows the amount total in philippine peso but when i try to widraw funds to transfer to my bank account, it says my balanace is zero. what do i do? I hope to get help about this asap 😞

I was also using paypal with same issue, but paypal says when i transfer fund to my bank account, i will get it today, but ad to says no money was deposited or transfer to my account.i am.also running business..withdrawing money in a dollar form to peso is long period .and my client already saying they wanna cancel until they dobt get their packet...hoe can i ship if i cannot wihtdraw fund?
