Hi paypal.I sent a payment request to my collegue's email but I used my own Visa Prepaid card. The purpose is to turn my prepaid points into cash. So when the payment was accepted. The status was on hold for 24 hours for review. What I m afraid of is when the payment gets cleared it will be hold for 21 days as pending. And I can't afford that. I understand the 21 day policy but I did the transaction not to sell but only to encash my prepaid points. I tried to use the send money to family or friends but I didn't work, giving me error that says "We can't send your payment right now". Did it many times but didn't get through. Please paypal, if you can just refund me the amount it's 18,000php, (367 dollars). I need it for my tuition fee in school next month.. Please help me. I message you via facebook 24/7 chat but no one is replying. Please please please.. 😞
