Hi,
I have a question regarding my account has been limited. I have not logged on to PayPal for sometime and when I logged on I received a message "Your account has been limited" I tried resolving the problem by completing the steps to restore my account and I got stuck on "Provide proof of postage" When I clicked on it, it gave me a message saying that "We can't find any recent orders. Please contact Customer Support at +Go to https://www.paypal.com/help and click "Call Us" and reference number." so what do I have to do?. Please help.
