I only expect one account to send small payments to my paypal account. This is usually my salary for teaching online. Last July 12,2017 I received $4,450 from a Chinese sender stating that it is the payment for an item I sell on ebay. WHAT? Im not on ebay and I dont sell anything. The amount has been refunded which I didnt know about and happened as I was sleeping and when I woke up the reversal fee also reflected in my paypal activity. I was alarmed. The suspicious transaction caused my account to be of limited access. Paypal asked me to submit some info about my business when in fact I dont have any. How could I possibly solve this? #limitedaccess #ebay #unknownsender #help
