Dear Everyone,
I was a Paypal user for many years,
My account was permanently banned for a security reason 3 years ago, I think someone hacked my account for some illegal purchases or money withdrawing,
This was not my fault and I've try to contact Paypal Support Team for many times, but seem that my problem cannot be solved,
Does anyone here know how to solve this problem, I have my bank account and my personal email address linked to this account and I cannot use them for a new account. I really need help!
