Hi, Last Year, i decided to not using my credit card anymore. So i no longer have access on that account (CC). Few month ago, i try reactivating my expired Paypal using Virtual Credit Card. But as what i expected, now my paypal account get limited. My Question is, How can i remove that limitation, and remove that VCC detail, because paypal force me to upload most recent credit card statement. There s not much balance in my paypal account, but i think i need to rescue it as it s my hard earning
