i cant withdraw my funds there is a message saying i need to add a bank account but my credit card is already linked to it. Im from Philippines and there is no way i can request it through mail. what do i need to do. kindly help. thanks
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
