Why is my balance on hold? I am not even a seller, I have a contract from an online company and the money I received was not because I sold a product. I really need the money now. What should I do? I cant wait for 21 days or even 1 week. Can't Paypal determine the difference between a seller and just an individual receiving payment from a job? Solution asap!
