When I try to login paypal account its ok, but when I try to change my password its finish and I try to logout, after I logout, I start login and he say "It looks like you've tried too many times. Please try again later, or contact us for help." and when I try "Having trouble logging in" and when I put my email and I click next, He said 

Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you

And when I try to forgot email, and put my email and he said "Match Found" and when I try to forgot password he said "Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you"
