Hi, I have been trying to get information on how to solve my issue for 1WEEK! There in NO activity showing when I click on resolve a dispute.
I did make 2 purchases from Ebay around the same time, but on my credit card. I do not understand how this could happen. I have the sellers info at JISBCTR 2211 N 1st St San Jose CA. The charge posted on May 15, 2020. I do not have a transaction number yet.
