Does anyone know what this means when I receive txn_type=recurring_payment_suspended in the IPN from paypal. Paypal help suggesting something about the underlying profile being cancelled but that's not helpful at all because I don't know what they are talking about with the underlying profile.
Basically, what I am seeing is my recurring subscription get's billed to the customer and I receive a notice from paypal saying it took the payment and then a few seconds later I receive a notice from paypal saying the recurring subscription was suspended and I have to manually go back in an reactive it for next month. This is happening to every recurring subscription on paypal and I don't know why?
