refund from seller

I am trying to get a refund from a seller and they have contacted me and told me to drop the case so they can refund my money asap. Is this a wise thing to do or, do I wait till they refund my money?

The seller has to contact PayPal customer service to refund you and close the case or you wait until PayPal rules on the case. But don't close the case on your own as it can't be reopened if you do.
