Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
If not click on the transaction and report it as unauthorised using the report a problem link at the bottom of that details page.
If you want customer services (as no one here is going to contact you) then..............
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
