Hello guys I might be new at PayPal service but i got a problem today I got a friend that i sold her something so she sent me 250 usd after that she didn't know that she should use friends and family option so i asked her to refund it or to wait me will send it back and re do the process again she sending 2 request 1 for refunding and 1 for request money after that i got lmition and a few hours later can't use any PayPal service or my account for 180 day and the money is holding i can't use it or even send it back to her please guys help me because I'm stucking in this problem also why paypal got all this problems...
