is there anyway to modify the paypal receipt and be able to include the text required to satisfy IRS as a charitable contribution?

I have the same issue.  Our 501(c)3 is using PayPal to collect donations.  

Can the organization choose to add following language to the email receipt when the PayPal button is set as a Donation.

"No good or services have been provided in exchange for this donation".

This is a requirement of IRS for charitable organizations receiving donations.  Thank you.
