Hi
i got a buyer who paid for service (Transaction 5P5082426K260024B)
PAYPAL put the payment onhold for verification. So the payment of invoice was not marked as paid by whmcs
The money was put onhold in my paypal acc untill verification done by paypal in 24 hours.
But the buyer bypassed the verification by opening a dispute and closing immediately (dont know he done by knowledge or not)
immediately PAYpal released the fund onhold (its now in my bank acc)
But the ipn was not send so the invoice is till unpaid even after 48 hours
I request paypal to look the flaw in payment verification module and fix it soon
Impact
they can byepass paypal payment verification
It breaks seller protection paypal offers
it does not send the success acknowledgement even after 24 hours as per seller protection email
