Why have the Instant Payment Notifications stopped?
My account is enabled to receive them but it has stopped.
I can't get any response from Paypal - the Message Assistant simply does not recognize the question.

Can you please login to your PayPal business account and check the IPN History page.
Also, please cross check your IPN listener endpoint server code to receive the PayPal IPN response.
