This is ridiculous that paypal need more than 5 days to sort out an error in posting sms pin numbers. In that time they could have changed this to just the security question to at the least allow me access my earnings. I am so fed-up now that I would want to transfer all funds to my bank account asap WHITHOUT the extra payment taken from paypal for doing this. My complaint is not being dealt with quickley and the delay is costing me more interest on bills I owe. Why can't they sort this out in 1 day, which is what the banks do?
