Why IPN notifications suddenly are failing, when before all was working

Hello,

The IPN notifications are suddenly failing.

There is no HTTP Response Code, so it's hard to guess what's wrong.

I use PHP script to handle the IPNs, I've added debug logging, so I can see that the IPNs are not even reaching my machine.

How can I know what's wrong? I've read almost all regarding this issue. Server certificate is TLS 1.3. The website is reachable from internet. I do not use any cloudflare or similar services.

Me too. For me the status is 403. And I am using Cloudflare worker as my IPN receiver.

How do we solve this problem? I got exactly the same issue. It's been working for years and just suddenly stop working a few days ago.
