I filed a dispute over a defective product and was told that if the seller did not respond within 10 days that I would automatically get refunded. I returned from vacation to find that my dispute is not even on my account anymore. As if it was never filed. There I no resolution claim number...nothing to indicate that I filed a dispute. I have tried to figure out a way to contact an agent via PayPal, but it takes me through the same loop that I went through to file the dispute originally. The product is completely defective. The seller refuses to send me a return label for the items, and keeps offering me a partioal refund for something that does not work. HELP!
