I'd like to talk to someone within Paypal 
""Unfortunately, we had to deny your claim(s). This decision was made because we did not receive valid proof or tracking that you returned the merchandise.""

If anyone in paypal had of read my notes dating back one month you would have seen the tracking details including the link for it 
And now your saying you rule in favor of the seller when I have already sent the item back with proof that I have done so???

 

come on get real over there, if you click on the link you can see that the item is awaiting customs clearance
