hello i need help on what might have happended in my accoun it recently showed this error We need more information to resolve a problem with your account. which i dont undestand how ih happended or might I have messed with my account while testing it in sandbox

I will apreciate getting help fronm you guys

it just ended my paypla us whch even scares me as to why?
