WHY ARE THERE SO MANY UNNECESSARY STEPS TO REPORTING AN ISSUE OR TRANSACTION? IS IT BY DESIGN? EVEN TO POST THIS QUESTION IS TAKING ABOUT FIVE SEPARATE TRIES BECAUSE IT'S TELLING ME THERE'S A MANDATORY FIELD THAT NEEDS TO BE FILLED OUT THAT IS ALREADY FILLED OUT.. PURE GARBAGE
