I was recently attempting to make a purchase on eBay, only to see that I did not have the sufficient funds on my PayPal account. Though a few days prior, I had inserted 60€ into my PayPal account (There were two separate payments, both 30€ each) . When I decided to check my PayPal to see what was going on, I saw that my money was either manually or automatically transferred to another account. (One transaction was 15€ and the other 45€). I came to a conclusion that my account was attacked by malicious hackers. So I contacted PayPal support with two unauthorized access claims. Today I decided to check on my cases, only to see that my cases were closed. Now I cannot reopen the cases and my money is gone. I am completely dissatisfied with this service. And I feel like I have been robbed. Should I turn to the authorities?
