I have been trying to resolve an issue with Paypal since May 3, 2020. I have a customer that I need to issue a refund to and there is always an error that comes up with- We can't process any refund at this moment due to technical reasons. Please try again later I have had extensive conversation via the message center trying to get them to fix the problem. I feel I am getting the run around here. the last response I got was May 25 and someone closed the conversation. this means I have to start the whole conversation all over again. I can never speak to a live person. I have a very unhappy customer and I am a dissatisfied customer that cannot get this issue resolved. How can I speak with a live customer service representative?
