TLS 1.2

I received an e-mail today, telling me that: "Your account access has been limited" "Your PayPal integration does not meet TLS 1.2 PCI encryption protocols. Upgrade your PayPal integration to TLS 1.2." I have checked that we are running on TLS1.2 using the your TLS Checker java code. It returns: "Successfully connected to TLS 1.2 endpoint." Our PayPal transactions are still been processed, but our account has been limited. Before I agree to: "ACTION REQUIRED – Impact due to Non-Compliant PayPal Integration." Can someone please check our account, and confirm that we are indeed processing on TLS1.2? Thank you.

Same issue

Have checked that we are TLS 1.2 and HTTP 1.1 compliant, and yet have the account restriction "as not using TLS 1.2"

Sales orders are still processed, but there is no "call back" to confirm of successful / unscuccessful payment. It is also a one way street - money can go in from customers, but you can't withdraw it.

As this is a public community, unfortunately no one here has Tech Support access, however, you do have the option to contact Tech Support, on this page there's a link at the bottom "Contact Support", on the next page you will need to login, then you can fill out a support request and submit.

Hi,

All of the information related to the new TLS upgrade can be found in these two resources:

https://www.paypal-notice.com/en/TLS-1.2-and-HTTP1.1-Upgrade/
and
https://www.paypal-notice.com/en/IPN-Verification-Postback-to-HTTPS/ (should you be using IPN)

In order to determine where your account was identified as having an issue, you can create a request to https://www.paypal-techsupport.com/
Our Merchant Technical Support staff can potentially provide some further guidance for you to work with your developer or CRM to ensure the necessary changes are made.

That being said, if you are currently processing transactions through your website successfully to PayPal, you are passing the new TLS protocol.

Once you have verified your compliance, you can simply go into your resolution center and click "agree" to remove the limitation and subsequently withdraw your funds.
