Can you please confirm is this sent from Pay Pal or its spoof mail ? They are (Pay Pal) asking me as a seller to go two times to Western Union. First to pay for shipping and again to go to pay insurance fees. I didnt recieve any money on my Pay Pal account from Novak Lydia. Please can you answer me as soon as possible. Sincerely
