Resolution centre nightmare

I'm having a bit of a rant. I have just spent the last 2 hours trying to respond to a case that has been opened. Everytime I try to submit it it tells me sorry there is an error please try again. It was an item sold through eBay GSP. The customer never received the item but GSP UK did. EBay have closed in my favour and she has now taken it to PayPal. If I am unable to put a response will that affect PayPal decision ? TIA

Resolution Centre has gone mad.  Cannot contact a person to sort out my claim which now appears to say I dont have one!  Ebay seems to have been overtaken by scammers, you make a claim and resolution centre says "no".  Despite several attempts to contact anyone I have failed, despite numerous messages, failed.  No response from anyone apart from a message saying "Case closed: Transaction not covered" - now what?
