Request refund: ZARAKE scam

Greetings,

I purchased an item from "ZARAKE Co" back in May 2020 and have yet to receive it.

I went to check my transaction history in PayPal account yet it doesn't show up there despite receiving the receipt/confirmation email from PayPal of the transaction and the transaction showing up on my bank statement.

How can I speak with someone from PayPal directly to resolve this issue? Is there a number I can call?
