Release my funds!!

PayPal is a scam!! I provided them with a legit tracking number from Fedex confirming delivery. They are now saying they need the buyer to confirm when he had to sign for the package! I’ll never use PayPal again biggest rip off

Normally you have to send the item trackable and signed to prove delivery of the item to the buyer for seller protection.
