I have a recurring payment implemented in our website. If a recurring payment is failed due to any reason I will get a email notification from paypal saying "We couldn't process your recurring payment". But my customers did not receive this email. Why is this getting sent to me and not the customer? What should we do to notify our customers also that the payment is failed?
