Hello,
When I try to complete a purchase in dollars with a Brazilian account, I get the following message:
The payment could not be completed because you are using a Brazilian PayPal account and must pay Brazilian sellers in reais.
I've already enabled the option: Allow PayPal payments to my PayPal account in a different currency from mine.
