Problem with open case

Hi People, i have a issue with open case for full refund in PayPal.I was ordered 2 rolls with wallpaper from China + delivery and taxes was cost me 106.00 £.i was receiving different colour wallpaper and i can't use them. The seller have not returning labeling and if i have to get full refund i need to send the package back to China and for this i have to pay 50.00£more for shipping back. Other way i will not get full refund. Please advice,what i need to do ,why i have to pay for shipping back if this is the mistake from the seller?

In the event of a dispute you choose your seller and not Paypal so you need to bear in mind possible return trackable costs before you go ahead and buy from that seller / country.

Paypal state this >>
IMPORTANT: You may be required to return the item to the seller or other party we specify as part of the settlement of your claim. PayPal Buyer Protection does not entitle you to reimbursement for the return shipping costs that you may incur.

You also have the option to do a chargeback via your card issuer instead of a Paypal dispute if you funded your Paypal payment via a credit card.

You can open a dispute if the item you receive is significantly different than how it was described.

They will be able to assist you further as they are specially trained to address this type of account inquiry.
