How come paypal, doesn't do anything to help me to sort the issue on my paypal account? they said my account is under high limitation issue, but when i tried to fix it by using the step they provided i couldnt proceed at all! and i've been sending a lot of email but never get any reply from them! its so annoying that you couldn't touch your own money! please if someone can help me sort this out? will be appreciated very much!
