I requested for pp code which I got debited, but the code did not show up. I tried it again still the same. Now I was debited three times now without the code why?

You can only add a credit visa card in your country, if that is what you did then allow a week for the code to show, then when you confirm x1 will be refunded but it may take up to 30 days for your card issuer to process that refund back to your card account ie one billing cycle.

Any un-used codes / deposits will time out at 30 days minimum (depends on country) and then will be sent to your card issuer for processing back as a refund.
