Hi, me and a team are scripting video games that use the paypal IPN system for our transactions, paypal seems to take $0.35 per dollar transaction. If I want to earn 1 cent per ingame transaction, paypal will take all 100 cents instead of taking 0.35 cents which is fair. Because if I want to sell a 25 cent day login pass it doesn't matter how many times I sell a 25 cent pass, paypal will take it all, shouldn't this ipn system have some sort of memory to remember how much of a fraction I will owe them per cent. Please fix this bug.
