Paypal Business account's Activity Download limit on options

I have a Paypal widget on my website and users are required to select their choices in 4 different drop downs. I can see all the data they input when looking in the Paypal website's transactions page. However when I go to Activity Download to get a report, only 2 of the 4 options show up in the report. Also, in the download field selection stage of the activity report download I can see Option 1 and Option 2 only. 

In the following page it only talks about 2 options as well (rows 22 - 25 in Download data fields table)

So is that a limitation? How do you recommend I get all the options to show up in the report?

FWIW I'm using the "_s-xclick" button for the widget and have the options defined as "on0", "os0", "on1", "os1" (these appear in the downloaded report), "on2", "os2", "on3", "os3" (these are missing in the downloaded report).

Any help will be much appreciated!
