I just got a payment from an unknown source. I have no way to contact paypal since the resolution center does not allow me to create a case when I have received money. I have contacted the seller, but have not received a response. How can I report this to paypal?

You could just issue a refund as it may have been sent by mistake ie mispelt email address.
BUT make sure you click on the transaction (there is more info on that details page) and use the REFUND option to refund.
DO NOT refund via the send money option.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
