Ongoing issues with getting a refund for item purchased from Rotia!

PayPal asked that I send them proof of the return postage but I am having difficulty inputting the info on resolution centre. However the reference number of proof of postage is GQ842220260GB POSTED ON THE 08/11/18 PLEASE FORWARD TO TGE RELEVANT DEPARTMENT.Thank you. Zoual James

Have to contact customer service:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
