Not updating all my pay-in/outs

I'm having an issue getting a payment I sent to clear and vise versa. Meanwhile I have made other purchases that have had No issue paying out.

Hi, can you send some screenshot or more details on the operation you are attempting? Also, are you using the send/request momney from the profile or it happens on your website?
